When you access this or other websites, you transmit data to our web server via your Internet browser. The following data is recorded during an ongoing connection for communication between your internet browser and our web server:
- Date and time of the request
- Name of the requested file
- Page from which the file was requested

- Complete IP address of the requesting computer
- Amount of data transferred
For reasons of technical security, in particular to prevent attempts to attack our web server, we store this data. After seven days at the latest, the data is anonymized by shortening the IP address at domain level, so that it is no longer possible to establish a reference to individual users.
To prevent threats to security in information technology, the data is forwarded to the State Office for Information Security and processed there on the basis of Article 12 ff. of the Bavarian E-Government Act.
When you access this website, we store cookies (small files) on your device with a validity period of 12 months. We use this exclusively to be able to recognize you on this and subsequent visits to our website. Most browsers are set to accept the use of cookies. However, you can switch off this function for the current session or permanently by setting your Internet browser.
When you visit our website, additional services from YouTube are offered via a so-called two-click solution. When you first access the website, no data is transmitted to YouTube. Only after the users have consented to the opt-in process by clicking on www.regulationskammer-bayern.de will data (including the URL of the current page and the user's IP address) be collected immediately and with each subsequent visit ) transferred to the respective operator. As a user, you can decide for yourself whether you agree to the activation of these offers and the data transfer. The user can revoke this consent at any time and prevent further data transmission to the operators by clicking on the website.
You will also find social bookmarks on our website. By default, only buttons are displayed that do not yet establish contact with the servers of Facebook, Twitter, Google, etc. Only when you click on the respective button will the connection be established and you will be redirected to the operator's respective page.
Integration of YouTube videos
Videos from the external video platform YouTube are embedded on our website. By default, only deactivated images from the YouTube channel are embedded, which do not establish an automated connection to YouTube's servers. This means that the operator does not receive any data from the user when the website is accessed.
You can decide for yourself whether you want the YouTube videos to be activated. Only when you allow the videos to be played by clicking on “Accept” do you give your consent for the necessary data (including the Internet address of the current page and the user’s IP address) to be transmitted to the operator. In order to save the setting desired by the user, we set a cookie that saves the parameters.
However, when we set these cookies, we do not store any personal data; they only contain anonymized data to customize the browser. The videos are then active and can be played by the user.
If you would like to deactivate the automatic loading of YouTube videos again, click here:
